CoolSculpting® Dallas for Fat Reduction

coolsculpting

What is CoolSculpting®?

CoolSculpting® is the most innovative, non-surgical way to lose stubborn and annoying fatty lumps and bulges. This revolutionary technology targets and cools unwanted fat cells in the selected area to induce a noticeable, natural-looking reduction in these unwanted deposits. The targeted fat cells are crystallized, then gradually die off and get eliminated by the body. Unlike most other methods of fat reduction, CoolSculpting® involves no needles, surgery, or downtime. Patients often spend the procedure time reading, working on their laptops, or simply relaxing.

CoolSculpting® is safe, FDA-cleared and effective. The results look natural and can be seen as early as three weeks following treatment, with the most dramatic results after one to three months. Click on the image below to view our CoolSculpting® before & after photo gallery.

Am I a good candidate for CoolSculpting®?

CoolSculpting® is best suited to patients with localized fat deposits that are resistant to diet and exercise as opposed to a solution for patients seeking to lose a lot of weight. Dr. Turner makes a point of selecting the proper procedure to meet each patient’s specific needs and goals. To achieve this, she believes in informative consultations held in a comfortable setting, during which a patient can openly share concerns and hopes, leading to a careful evaluation and formulation of a treatment plan tailor-made for the person. To see if you are a candidate for CoolSculpting®, you can book an appointment online or call the office to make an appointment at (214) 373-7546.

What happens during and after the CoolSculpting® procedure?

To initiate the treatment, we will position the device on your body. The device will then draw the bulge up between two cooling panels. The sensation is a firm pull and pressure—enough of a pull to ensure the selected tissue will be cooled most efficiently. An hour or so later, depending on your needs, you’re done. CoolSculpting® is completely non-surgical, so typically you can return to normal activities immediately. Some patients experience redness, minor bruising, tingling, numbness, or discomfort in the treated area, but this is temporary and will resolve completely. Patients will often return to work after the session is over.

How many treatments of CoolSculpting® will I need, and how long will they last?

Typically, you’ll see a noticeable loss of fat in the treated area after one treatment, but many patients seek additional treatments to achieve even greater fat reduction. You may start to see changes as quickly as three weeks after your initial treatment, and will experience the most dramatic results after one to three months. During that time, your body is still flushing fat cells and will continue doing so for up to four to six months after treatment. During CoolSculpting®, the treated fat cells are crystallized and then eliminated by the body. As long as you maintain a healthy lifestyle, long-term results should remain stable.

Is CoolSculpting® painful?

Patients report initially feeling a firm pressure and pulling of the treated area, but once it is cooled, the area becomes numb, so little or no discomfort is experienced by most patients.

How much does CoolSculpting® cost?

A CoolSculpting® consultation performed by a medical esthetician trained to evaluate your body is FREE at Dr. Turner’s practice, where patients will go through a 360-degree rotation to determine the best course of action for achieving a lean and contoured look. This approach is necessary for a complete evaluation, since a straight-on, in-the-mirror angle does not provide enough of an overall view. Schedule your FREE consultation online or call (214) 373-7546 today.

Anyone ultimately receiving CoolSculpting® treatment should know that costs vary depending on how many sessions will be delivered and on which areas the treatment will focus. People seeking for help with payment for this elective procedure can apply for a payment plan via CareCredit, which is a direct, outside financing option. After a successful online application, the patient can enjoy the treatment, then pay for it over a series of months via a custom-made payment plan. Lean more by asking our staff for more details.
