This is a 37-Year-old female patient who came in because she wanted the appearance of melasma reduced. This patient had four treatments of Pico 450 four weeks apart. The after pictures show that the melasma on her forehead diminished greatly. The pigment on the side of her face also diminished. The overall pigment which can be seen on the third picture also decreased at a large percentage.
